Really great about the service. Personally I recommend Dr.Jayaraj, Nuero surgery Department. Dr is really down to earth and spends his valuable time hearing the whole issues with history, without any hesitation. After verifying all the problems, with or without the help of any tests he prescribed me the medicine.. Even after this procedure the doctor personally explained about the test and it results, if I recommend anything else if it is good he supports that otherwise he clarifies why it's not good now..

One of the best Hospital of EKM, We have visited there for my wife's (Rakendu R) delivery. We consulted Dr Lissamma Joseph, she is very supportive and easy to approach. She cleared all our concerns and guided us effectively during each visits. Also her prediction of date for delivery was exact. I have had a relationship with EMC over the past few years and I have always felt well taken care of by the doctors and the staff there.
My personal experiences have been with Dr. Anu, who takes care of both my boys and always is patient with their ailments, however minor. He always makes time to listen intently to both the child and the parents, which puts us at ease immediately.
Then Dr. Vinay, who took excellent care of me when I broke my wrist. Each dressing was done with utmost care and diligence. Now he is our go-to for any ortho related issues there.
Amongst the general physicians, I have interacted with both Dr. Smitha and Dr. Sandhya. Both have impressed with their experience and patience with me and my family. They have always been ready to answer any of our queries.
Special mention to all the nursing and support staff. Everyone is willing to help and guide you. When we go to a place feeling sick, seeing their re assuring faces helps to reduce our anxiety.

ഞാൻ രാജേഷ് ഭാര്യ കവിത ഞങ്ങളുടെ മൂത്ത മകൾ ശിവ ക്ക് 2 വയസു കഴിഞ്ഞ സമയം.അന്നത്തെ അ രാത്രി ഇന്നും പേടിയോടെ മനസ്സിൽ കടന്നു വരാറുണ്ട്. മോൾക്ക് ഒരാഴ്ച ആയി മാറാതെ നിന്ന പനി.. അന്ന് രാത്രി 8 മണി യോടെ അടുത്ത സമയം മോൾക്ക് temperature കൂടിഫിക്സ് ആയി.നേരെ ചേർത്തല ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ നിന്നും ആംബുലൻസ് ഇൽ emc യിലേക്ക്.ഞങ്ങൾ രണ്ടു പേരും ഇടക്കിടക്ക് breath ഉണ്ടോ കുഞ്ഞിനെന്ന് നോക്കും.അങ്ങനെ ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ എത്തി nicu വിൽ പരിശോധന ക്ക് ശേഷം മരുന്ന് നൽകി Dr പറഞ്ഞു പേടിക്കണ്ട കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല.എന്നിട്ട് ചോദിച്ചു ഏത pediatrician ന് file എടുക്കണം.ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു Dr രവി. അദ്ദേഹത്തിൻ്റെ കാരുണ്യത്തോടെ ഉള്ള പെരുമാറ്റവും കൈപ്പുണ്യവും അന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ബോധ്യമായി.ഇന്ന് മൂത്ത കുട്ടിക്ക് 7 വയസും ഇളയ മോൾക്ക് 3 ഉം അദ്യഗത്തിൻ്റെ സ്നേഹത്തോടെ ഉള്ള പെരുമാറ്റവും കുട്ടികളോട് ഉള്ള ഇടപെടലും ഇന്നും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വിസ്മയം ആണ്.

This hospital has very good service .except the Security Service .What we do know is Dr Dinesh Kammath sir. My son is 6 years old and I am coming here . The first thing that comes up when you remember Sir is the laughter of Sir .This gives us a positive energy for people like us .Whatever we need, we can ask for sir and ask for diseases and say everything in the language we understand .My son is still living without any other trouble .God bless u Sir. ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആശുപത്രി അനുഭവം (എൻറെ ജീവിത പങ്കാളിയാണ് ഇതിൽ രോഗിയായി പരാമർശിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്) ഇ എം സി യിലേക്ക് വരുവാനുണ്ടായ കാരണം : പെട്ടെന്നുണ്ടായ ശ്വാസ തടസ്സവും ബോധം നഷ്ടപ്പെടുകയും ചെയ്തത് കാരണം എൻറെ ജീവിത പങ്കാളിയെ വീടിനടുത്തുള്ള മറ്റൊരു ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ച് അടിയന്തിര ചികിത്സ തേടുകയുണ്ടായി.എന്നാൽ പ്രമേഹ രോഗവും, രക്താതി സമ്മർദ്ദവും ഉള്ളയാൾക്ക് മൂത്രതടസ്സമുണ്ടായതായിരുന്നു കാരണം എന്ന് ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് തോന്നിയത്. വൃക്ക സംബന്ധമായ പ്രശ്നനങ്ങളാകാം കാരണം എന്നതിനാൽ തുടർ ചികിത്സക്കായി ഞങ്ങൾ നേരത്തെ ചികിത്സ തുടർന്നിരുന്ന EMC ലേക്ക് (Casualty) refer ചെയ്തു . അതിൻ പ്രകാരം അതെ ദിവസം അർദ്ധ രാത്രിയോടെ EMC യിലേക്ക് വരികയും എല്ലാ വിദഗ്ദ്ധ ഡോക്ടർ മാരുടെയും സേവനം ലഭ്യമാവുകയും ചെയ്തു . ഓരോ നിമിഷവും ആശങ്കയിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരെയെല്ലാം ദൈവങ്ങളായിട്ട് തന്നെയാണ് തോന്നിയത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒട്ടും അതിശയോക്തിയാവില്ല. ഈ സമയത്ത് അവിടെ ലഭ്യമായ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ജീവനക്കാർ, attenders, Nursing staff, HR ജീവനക്കാർ എന്നീ ഡിപ്പാർട്മെന്റിന്റെ സേവനം നിർലോഭം ലഭിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു . MICU ലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയതിനു ശേഷവും വേണ്ടതായ എല്ലാ പരിചരണങ്ങളും ലഭിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി . Intubation, Mechanical Ventilation support Emergency Hemodyalysis ഇതൊക്കെ വേണ്ടിവന്ന ഘട്ടത്തിലൊക്കെ അതിൻറെ ആവശ്യകതയെപ്പറ്റി ബഹുമാനപ്പെട്ട Dr John Abraham Tharayil, Nephrologist വളരെ വിശദമായി പറഞ്ഞുതന്ന് ഞങ്ങളുടെ ആശങ്കകളെ ദുരീകരിച്ചു . തുടർന്ന് രക്തം കൊടുക്കേണ്ടിവന്ന സന്ദർഭത്തിൽ പുറമെയുള്ള Blood bank ൽ നിന്നും അത് സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച് കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. വളരെ താഴ്ന്ന Hb level ൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചയാൾക്ക് വേണ്ടതായ Hb ലഭിച്ച് സുഖപ്പെടുകയുണ്ടായി . ഈ അവസരത്തിൽ Gastro, Pulmonology, Anesthesia വിഭാഗത്തിലുള്ള വിദഗ്ദ്ധരുടെ സേവനവും ലഭിച്ചിരുന്നു. തുടർന്ന് AV Fistula creation ന് ഉള്ള Surgery വേണ്ടിവന്നപ്പോഴും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് വളരെ മെച്ചപ്പെട്ടരീതിയിലുള്ള പരിചരണം തന്നെയാണ് നൽകിയത് കുറച്ച് ആഴ്ചകൾ കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇതേ Fistula യിലൂടെയുള്ള Dialysis വളരെ തൃപ്തികരമായി നടത്താൻ സാധിച്ചു. വീണ്ടും രണ്ടു തവണ മൂത്രതടസ്സം കാരണം admit ചെയേണ്ടിവന്നപ്പോഴും EMC യിലായിരുന്നു എന്നതുകൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ഭയാശങ്കകൾ കുറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു. ഇവിടുത്തെ Cash counter staff, Attenders, Cleaning staff, Nursing staff, പിന്നെ X ray, Scanning centre, Laboratory, OP, Theater staff ഇവരെല്ലാം അന്നു തൊട്ട് ഇന്നുവരെ തങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളെ പോലെ തന്നെയാണ് ഞങ്ങളോട് ഇടപെട്ടുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നത് . ആശുപത്രി canteen ലെ order ചെയ്ത ഭക്ഷണം കൃത്യ സമയത്തു തന്നെ room ൽ എത്തിക്കാൻ അവർ പരമാവധി ശ്രമിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇനി ശുചിത്വത്തെപ്പറ്റി അല്പം : മുറികളൊക്കെ കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് ശുചിയാക്കിയോ, bed sheet മാറ്റിയോ എന്നൊക്കെ അറിയാൻ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട office staff വരുമായിരുന്നു ഇതുവരെ ഒരു എതിരായ മറുപടി കൊടുക്കേണ്ടി വരാത്തത് അവരുടെയൊക്കെ കൃത്യമായ കൃത്യ നിർവഹണവും , ആത്മാർത്ഥതയും കൊണ്ടുമാത്രമാണ് . Dialysis unit നെ കുറിച്ച് അല്പം : Dialysis അനിവാര്യമായതിനാൽ ഇതുവരെ Dr John Abraham Tharayil ൻറെ മേൽനോട്ടത്തിലുള്ള Dialysis unit ലേക്ക് schedule ചെയ്ത ദിവസങ്ങളിലെ time slot ൽ എത്തണമായിരുന്നു. അവിടുത്തെ sisters ൻറെ പരിചരണത്തെക്കുറിച്ച് എത്ര പറഞ്ഞാലും കൂടുതലാവുകയില്ല ഓരോ രോഗിയും തങ്ങൾക്ക് വേണ്ടപ്പെട്ടവരായിട്ടുതന്നെയാണ് ആ ഭൂമിയിലെ മാലാഖമാർ കാണുന്നതും പരിചരിക്കുന്നതും ഒരു കാര്യത്തിലും നാളിതുവരെ ഒരു ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രത്യേക മാനസികാവസ്ഥ അറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെയാണ് അവർ പെരുമാറുന്നത് Health Insurance Policy നിലവിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഘട്ടത്തിൽ Insurance വിഭാഗം നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടതായ കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഒക്കെ വളരെപ്പെട്ടെന്നു തന്നെ ക്ഷമയോടെ ചെയ്തുതരാൻ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .
